TERMS AND CONDITIONS<ul><li>Customer(s) can purchase various amounts of Apex digital gift vouchers from “Marketplace Name” by pre-payment through the selected payment gateway and using the selected payment method and the customer(s) shall be entitled to purchase Apex product(s) only from Apex's outlets across the country by redeeming his/her purchased Apex Digital Gift Voucher under the following terms and conditions.</li><li>Apex shall provide the gift voucher’s activation code to the customer(s) designated mobile number within 2 to 7 working days after full payment (the Voucher code activation timeline will be excluded for all Government BD Holidays, Apex Dhaka office weekly weekend - Friday & Saturday, and Apex India office weekend—Sunday).</li><li>The validity of the digital gift voucher(s) shall be 60 days after its activation.</li><li>Customers can purchase more than one Apex product by redeeming his/her every single digital gift voucher through a single invoice.</li><li>Customers cannot redeem multiple gift vouchers jointly in a single invoice/transaction. Every single gift voucher must be redeemed in every single transaction/invoice.</li><li>Apex digital gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Apex-owned retail and flagship stores across Bangladesh; not at any dealer, franchised, discount, or online store.</li><li>This voucher is neither exchangeable nor refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.</li><li>Apex digital gift vouchers are not applicable for the Cash-On-Delivery method. Only pre-payment is appropriate to buy these gift cards (Mobile Banking or Debit/Credit Card)</li><li>Redeeming an Apex digital gift voucher allows customers to buy only merchandise at the regular price point. Discounted products are not sold through gift vouchers.</li><li>Regular and Govt. holidays will be excluded from the given activation hours timeline.</li><li>Customers must provide their contact information such as their shipping mobile number to get activation SMS, including their billing mobile number and address, to redeem Apex digital gift vouchers. The customer will receive a transactional text message, which they must present at the Apex cash counter while redeeming the voucher.</li><li>If the product(s) price exceeds the actual voucher value, customers must pay the difference in cash, mobile banking, or debit/credit card at the Apex store.</li><li>Apex digital gift voucher(s) can be redeemed only once. If any remaining balance is available after redeeming any gift voucher, the remaining balance of the voucher will not be refunded under any circumstances.</li></ul>
