1. Returning or exchanging products with another item is not possible once they have been delivered.
2. In the case of a customer receiving a damaged product, we have the policy to replace it with the same product. If the replacement product is not available in stock, the customer will be required to purchase another product of equal or higher value than the original price.
3. As part of our verification process, customers are required to record a unboxing video of their product, which acts as a form of proof.
4. In order to initiate a warranty claim or request a replacement, please ensure the product is in a saleable condition and provide the necessary documents such as the invoice, receipt, warranty card, and all items from the product package.
5. According to our warranty and replacement policy, the seller has the option to replace the product with a brand new one or repair the existing product.
6. The customer will be responsible for the payment of the delivery charges associated with warranty claims and replacement products.
7. Customers are responsible for the delivery charge if the product has been successfully delivered to their doorstep, even if the customer does not receive the product.
